The Mixtura ideology is built on the search and recovery of historical vineyards and their native varieties, as well as the landscape, architectural and cultural heritage of each region.

According to the essence of the Bauhaus, there is no essential difference between the artist and the artisan, but the artist is an improvement of the artisan. And wine, understood as art, to take it to its maximum expression has to be conceived by master craftsmen.

Unifying the trades of viticulturist and winemaker, in Mixtura the same person who takes care of the cultivation and care of the vine is responsible for obtaining from each grape its essence, manifested in the form of wine. "Learning by doing".
