WORKSHOP

The cellar was built in the fifties by stonemasons. Abandoned for forty years, it has been rehabilitated preserving the original structure of the building. A space for learning and creation, an authentic workshop dedicated to the production of wines that transmit with purity the areas and varieties from which they come.These are independent wines that are not governed by any rule. Wines that will one day confirm if the intuition is correct, and we are in possession of one of the most exciting wine areas in the world.
